Keep the streak alive

A crowd of streak worshippers reaches for a blazing flame, while a grinning skeleton clutches a skull in the shadows.

Late in the night, Deanharvey looked at the crowd of streak worshippers and felt the sky was wasted. A huge palette sat unused, so they sketched a glowing sunset over the sea, and a few painters helped finish it by morning. Then Danielailustra checked in and reminded everyone the plan was chiaroscuro, with the flame as the only light. Bash134 called a vote. The sunset lost, and the darkness came back so the fire could shine.
