The Last Frog King

A scowling frog king rules a glowing swamp court, where a tiny frog knight stands guard with a cross shield.

Late in the day, Afuro looked at the two little frogs perched on the throne arms and spotted a problem. They were wearing crowns. The theme was the last frog king, Afuro pointed out, and a last king has no heirs. Another painter joked that the crowns were fakes. Creamy agreed the frogs looked fine without them and saved the fix. Now the old king sits alone in his gold, wearing the only crown in the swamp.
